Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup almond milk (vanilla almond milk recommended) depending on desired thickness

  • 1-2 tbs of chia seeds

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup oats

  • 1 tbs Almond butter

  • Stevia, honey or maple syrup to sweeten to your liking

  • Add fruit or chopped nuts to your overnight oats to change your flavor profile


  • Mix almond butter & almond milk and microwave for 30 seconds

  • Combine almond milk/almond butter mixture with chia seeds, vanilla extract oats, and stevia in a container or mason jar

  • Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight

  • Breakfast will be served!
