Our  Story 

At Balance and Believe we are very lucky to have one of the best business partners, Christina Schnarr.  Christina’s journey to us started in Minnesota where she attended the University or Minnesota- Duluth where she graduated in public health while teaching fitness classes with an emphasis on Pilates.  Over the years she furthered her education into fitness and nutrition and learned that the best path to a healthy lifestyle is through Balance. 

 

After moving to Wisconsin she found her partner in life that was searching for a similar career path of a balanced life.  Together Christina and her husband started Balance & Believe.  Although Derek is a PGA professional together they have built a company that has been successful on every level.  At the core of their performance philosophy, Christina is Balance and Believe’s certified fitness and nutrition expert.  No matter what you are looking for in life the components that Christina specializes in helps all students achieve their very own personal balance
