At Balance and Believe, we feel that a balanced approach to all components, including fitness and nutrition, are critical to reach optimal performance both on and off the course. We believe a balanced body and a balanced mind will help our athletes perform better on the course, and feel better in all aspects of life.
At Balance and Believe we are very lucky to have world class instructors, and we believe we have the best fitness and nutrition specialist in the business in Christina Schnarr. Christina’s journey to us started in Minnesota where she attended the University or Minnesota-Duluth and graduated with a degree in Public Health while also teaching fitness classes with an emphasis on Pilates. Over the years, she furthered her education into fitness and nutrition and learned that the best path to a healthy lifestyle is through Balance.
After moving to Wisconsin she found her partner in life that was searching for a similar career path of a balanced life. Together Christina and her husband, Derek, started Balance & Believe. Although Derek is a PGA Professional, together they have built a company that has been successful on every level. No matter what you are looking for in life, the components that Christina specializes in helps all students achieve their very own personal balance.
