Detox Salad

Ingredients

  • Shaved brussel sprouts

  • Shredded or finely chopped cabbage

  • Shredded or finely chopped broccoli

  • Shredded or finely chopped cauliflower

  • Shredded or finely chopped carrots

  • Optional Protein:

  • Serve with grilled tofu / grilled chicken / grilled salmon

  • Optional toppings:

  • Add vinaigrette dressing of choice (recommend balsamic)

  • Sprinkle with feta cheese (or choice of cheese)

  • Currants

  • Sunflower seeds


Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and serve

  • Optional: layer ingredients, mix in bowl, add dressing & serve
