Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • Start with whole grain toast (bread brand recommendations: ezekiel, dave’s killer bread, or SOLO)

  • ½ avocado - Sliced or mashed

  • Add a pinch of salt & fresh cracked pepper

  • Optional:

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Balsamic glaze drizzled over the top

  • Additional protein:

  • Top with fried egg

  • Top with grilled or smoked salmon


Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and enjoy!
