Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop/serving - Protein powder of choice (vanilla or unflavored recommended)

  • Handful of spinach

  • 8 oz of milk of choice or water

  • ½ avocado

  • ½ frozen banana

  • Add ice

  • 1 tbs chia seeds for additional nutrition benefits (optional)

  • One serving of Super Greens


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender (add more ice if desired). Blend on high until smooth.

  • Serve & enjoy
