Morning Java Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coffee (cold) (can use 1/2 cup of coffee and 1/2 cup milk of choice or water)

  • 1 serving of vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of ice

  • Stevia, honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired

  • *Optional:

  • Add 1 Tbsp of peanut butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender (add more ice if desired). Blend on high until smooth.

  • Serve & enjoy
