Peanut Butter Smoothie


  • 1 Cup water or milk (oat, almond or cashew milk will work)

  • 1 serving of Vanilla protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter or Almond Butter or 2 Tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut butter)

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana (can be omitted for less sugar)

  • 1/4 C avocado (can be made with or without)

  • Large handful of spinach (will turn your smoothie green)

  • 1 cup of ice (add more if desired)


  • Add all ingredients to blender (add more ice if desired). Blend on high until smooth.

  • Serve & enjoy
