8 oz of coconut water or purified water
1 large handful of spinach
Small handful of kale (optional) - remove ribs from kale before adding
1 inch fresh ginger
½ chopped apple or pear
1 small lemon squeezed (optional to only do ½ if preferred)
*Omit fruit (apple or pear) for less sugar
1 dash of cinnamon
Add stevia or fruit to sweeten if desired

Add all ingredients to blend on high. Blend on high until smooth.
