Green Juice

  • 8 oz of coconut water or purified water

  • 1 large handful of spinach

  • Small handful of kale (optional) - remove ribs from kale before adding

  • 1 inch fresh ginger

  • ½ chopped apple or pear

  • 1 small lemon squeezed (optional to only do ½ if preferred)

  • *Omit fruit (apple or pear) for less sugar

  • Optional additions:

    • 1 dash of cinnamon

    • Add stevia or fruit to sweeten if desired

    • For additional nutrition benefits, try adding in 1 serving of Super Greens (additional 20-30 calories but incredibly high in nutrients).


  • Add all ingredients to blend on high. Blend on high until smooth.

  • Serve over ice & enjoy
